softFax is a fax software application, able to send, receive, and display CCITT T.4 Group 3 data streams using a Class 2 or 2.0 fax modem. softFax is licensed to OEMs in source code, object code, or executable form. softFax was developed first for the QNX ® real-time operating system and the Photon (tm) graphical user interface, and has been ported to Linux and XWindows. The source code is written in the C programming language and can be ported to other operating systems or proprietary kernels. Users Guide
