Brown Computer Company is an engineering services firm specializing in the development of electronic products. We have been in business since 1988. Our offices are in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA. We serve companies all over the world.
We provide all the services necessary for your company to aquire a new, custom, electronic product. These services include electronic design, hardware and software development, mechanical engineering, prototyping, and the management of manufacturing.
Over the years our customers have changed. In the 1980's, our customers require custom electronics for factory automation and process control. In the 1990's, our customers were designing the latest telecommunications equipment: circuit switches in 1990, VoIP phones in 1996, and optical switches in 2000. Today, our main customer is the U.S. Department of Defense, to whom we bring the benefits of low-cost electronics.
